Just don't sign a Buyer's Agency Agreement with another agent. When you decide, contact us and we will then sign a Buyer's Agency Agreement with you stating that we will rebate you 1/3rd of the commission at closing.  We will do all the paperwork, negotiations, assist you with inspections, help you obtain financing, and get closing coordinated.

Want a new construction home or to have a home built? No problem! Almost all builders factor-in a 3% Realtor's commission into their sales price, and they will not give you any type of discount or credit because you don't have a Realtor.
